Jared Bronson is an author, advanced wreck diving professional, and a veteran of the US Army (1991–1998), serving as an Army Ranger and Scout Sniper. He combines a disciplined, tactical approach and a corporate background as a Senior Solutions Architect with intensive field reconnaissance and technical rebreather diving to produce highly detailed, room-by-room manuals for some of the world's premier shipwrecks.
Bronson first entered the publishing landscape as a principal co-author and technical advisor for the updated edition of the regional classic, Histories & Mysteries: The Shipwrecks of Key Largo, Revisited. Driven by a mission to provide the diving community with critical safety resources and precise navigational clarity, he founded Bad Karma Press to deploy The Diver's Guide Series. His books, including Spiegel Grove: A Diver's Guide and Duane: A Diver's Guide, feature original comprehensive deck plans and meticulous interior profiles that have quickly become recognized as the definitive bibles
for each respective wreck, serving as essential reading for both recreational and technical divers executing advanced wreck penetrations. He expanded field utility by pioneering full-length books printed as wet-notes, deploying specialty Underwater Editions engineered to be carried directly on dives.
When not working full-time in technology or authoring new books, Bronson serves as a professional diving guide and assistant instructor in Key Largo, Florida.
